Hi everyone, just bought a house in north Tampa and I am not too happy with the lawn. There are bright green patches all over, and some spots completely dead.
There is an irrigation system in place and I just mowed it for the first time with a brand new cub cadet rider, the blades are sharp and it cuts well.
We went through a 2-3 week period of constant rain, so part of the yard was flooded for a few days, but that section appears to be doing better than the other areas.
Any suggestions? I've always wanted a nice lush lawn
