Hi,
I am first time home owner and seeing these growing in my lawn but not sure if its a weed or something commonly seen in grass lawn.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Do you have Kentucky Bluegrass? If so, just let it grow longer before cutting it again. That will give the grass seed time to ripen and be useful in reseeding your lawn.

If it is making seeds I am assuming its healthy and don't need any kind of treatment.
