I just bought my house and I love it. The lawn.... not so much. If the picture uploaded correctly, you can see how bad it is. I was thinking about roto-tilling the whole thing and starting over but I am not sure that this would be the best way to do it. It looks as if there is some kind of different grasses growing here.
Any help would be appreciated.

Below the box you type in (DON'T use Quick Reply button) there is a grey box that says upload attachment. That will let you browse your computer files, select the picture file, and attach it.
