Ortho Weed B Gone on Bermuda

I've got beautiful Bermuda grass that I take pleasure in nurturing and clipping all summer. A couple weeks ago, I had some weeds pop up, so I grabbed a bottle of Weed B Gone, and sprayed them.. About 3 days later, all the spots are yellow. I'm guessing it just killed the grass??

Has anyone had this issue???

Where are you located and what have your temps been like?

2,4 D (the active ingredient in Weed B Gone) is supposed to kill broadleaf plants (including weeds, veggies, flowers, young fruit trees, etc), but not grass. But it does carry a warning that if it is used in hot weather, temps of 90 or more, it will kill the grass also.

The label also carries a lot of other warnings, which should be respected. This is a poison.
