Hey question, just sodded about 1.5 months ago and in the past week I have seen areas started to turn brown, as though not enough water. I water daily and everything around this area is doing great. It seems rooted well does not come up easy when pulled. I am at a loss for what to do, seems like disease maybe?

There should be a height recommendation for the type of grass that you have. In summer, grasses are mowed 1/2-1 inch higher than the other times of the year.
If you have a high spot you can pull back the sod with a sod cutter, take off a little of the dirt and replace the sod on top. Let the grass grow back before you do that.
