Reseeding lawn and fall organic fertilizer....

I recently top dressed my lawn with compost, limed, threw down some Milorganite and reseeded my lawn with Jonathan Greens Fall Magic grass seed. It's been a little over a month and the lawn is coming in great, but there are still some bare spots that never came in. I know its probably too late now to seed these areas. Will these areas fill in on their own in the Spring or do I need to reseed them? I do plan on using corn gluten meal in the Spring, so I won't be able to seed?

I did use Milorganite on my lawn when I reseeded in mid-September, can I fertilize again this month or in November to help winterize my lawn? If so what should I use? I do want to stick with organic fertilizer if possible. Thanks.
