I bought Vigoro Super Green fertilizer from Home Depot. Do I need to apply water after spreading them into the grass? If I do need to apply water right away, Should I run my sprinkler for 5 minutes?

Hello fe_us_2000. Hortman here. Anytime you apply a granular fertilizer to
a plant you must apply water or it can possibly burn the plant if in contact with
it. Water right away and run the system for at least 15 minutes. As far as results
are concerned, they depend on where you live and the weather. If you are in the
heat of summer, I would wait until September to fertilize when the temps are cooler.
