What is Easiest Way - How to Get Rid of Grass
I'm planning on putting in ground cover instead , can't mow anymore . Is there a way to get rid of grass that is maybe not so labor intensive.

Hi jbander,
I'm not sure if this will help as you don't want to do much labour on this task but I thought I would just leave this suggestion.
If you don't want to spray (Chemical non selective herbicide), you may want to rent a sod cutter from home depot or any equipment rental shop.
Just pick it up, take it to the property and use the machine to cut out the turf.
Then throw away all the dead turf and install your ground cover
This is labour but a suggestion that may help.
