Hi Guys
I have moved into a new build house and the so called garden and lawn I have been left is not good too say the least.
Where shall I start.
The Lawn is patchy - lots of small bare patches.
The ground is compacted - and very uneven.
at the bottom of the garden is a large area of what is now bare lawn area. This area is always in the shade due to it being sheltered from the sun by a fence and large overhanging trees. The trees are in a seperate property. I can prune them but not cut them down.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
Where do I start?
