Non-chemical lawn care - Need to get rid of moss

Hi! Does anyone know how to get rid of moss without using chemicals? I have two small children and I don't want that stuff under their feet! Also, what types of fertilizers can I use that are safe for children? I want to make the lawn more dense without the harmful effects! Thank you!!! :bouncey:

Moss likes acid soil if you lime your yard it is the best non-poison way to get rid of it. Before I add to soil I like to test the PH, they sell them at garden shops.

you can try to rake out the moss,,then lime heavy then try to seed,,,make sure to cover the seed with a thin layer of top soil or petemoss
