Yellow Lawn

So I have these yellow spots all over the front lawn,I put some stuff down to later read that it did not affect chinch bugs.So then I put down a product by Bayer that did.No real change yet.I also fertilized a few days later with 10-10-10-Still have some yellow spots.Should I wait to see if it comes back in or keep trying.Also it is St Augustine grass.

Hex,I don't think its underwatering cause we are getting alot of rain lately.Think its too much water or bugs :?: :?:
