Mushrooms

Hello,

I live in hull and have had a new lawn laid just recently, everything was well, but now it has suddenly started to sprout mushrooms/toadstools all over the place. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of these things, so I can keep my lawn looking it,s best.
Thanks.

Mushrooms, toadstools, and similar fungi grow in any rich, damp soil. When the soil dries out a bit, they should disappear on their own.

It is my understanding that they do no harm to other plants. :)

Cheers thanks for that, just had a word with the landscaper and he said it is all the fertilizer and feed they put on to get the turf growing, but they will soon die off.
