Is there an organic spray to kill dollar spot fungus?

My lawn has been beautiful all spring but now has brown spots. We have had alot of rain and my yard doesn't get full sun so it is especially suseptible to fungus. I would love to find something natural to spray on it like garlic or ginger that would kill the fungus. Or maybe it isn't that simple ........
