What problems should be tackled first?

Hi,

New home owner here -- I have a large yard with what seems to be every problem a lawn can have. I have moles, ants, different types of grass, bare spots, weeds and a yard that gets both sun and heavy shade.

So the big question what's first?

I've started by clearing debris throughout the yard and popping poison pellets to handle the moles but past that I'm not sure where to begin reviving the lawn.
