organic farming - propogation of microbes

the first step for organic farming is the use of microbes. these are developed and propogated in laboratories. but a farmer himself can also propogate without the aid of a lab. for this the requirements are
400 kgs. gober / gober gas slurry
200 kgs. rock phosphate
100 gms. Azatobactor
100 gms. azospyrullum
100 gms. ryzobium
40 lts. Cow urine.

make a round heap of gober, rock phosphate [if not available ignore] mix with cow urine. add azatobactor, azospyrullu, ryzobium and any other microbes. Add 200 kgs. of soil under a banyan tree which has little moisture. keep the heap for 27 days. daily add water to keep most condition. the microbes devlop enrmously and 50gms of the mixture will be sufficient to support a vegetable plant for its life.

similarly teas can also be prepared. the method will be posted in future postings.

Welcome to the forum, Madhav! I think you and Opabinia are going to get on famously... :)

Excellent information; can I ask where you came by this?
