where to plant

I recieved a hydrangea macrophylla for a gift and I am unsure where to plant it. I would like to place it next to my house that faces the northeast, I get early morning sun but mostly afternoon shade. The plant would be among pacasyandra is that okay?

Not going to get a lot of flower power there; Real sun is between ten and two. If it's not going to be getting some of that you are going to go short of blooms. They will appreciate the afternoon shade, but I'd get them some more morning sun. The pachysandra is going to give it a run for food as well; I'd keep it clear around the hydrangea...
