More Hydranga Pest

I have six "1 year old" hydranga shrubs. Two are verrigated with lacy pinkish/white blooms, but they are not blooming out completely. What do I need to do to "help" them blossom out?

I also have two regular hydranga shrubs of my six that are showing yellow leaves at the lower part of the shrub with brownish spots on the leaves, the spots are not raised. HELP! I love them all so much and I want to keep them healthy and beautiful. I finally have hydrangas and I don't want to lose them.
Thanks,
Barbara in Dallas

More phosphate in the feed should help the bloomin; the yellow and spotting sounds like fungal problems. Try neem oil as a safe fungicide...
