Cold Coming, Help

My wife and I jut planted about 8 days ago 5 hydrangea's. We just seen the forecast and if you can believe it they are calling for snow on Monday after 2 weeks of 70 degrees (michigan). This cold spell looks to last about 2 to 3 days. What can I do to protect these new Hydrangea's? Will this cold weather kill them off or harm them?
The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly; it is dearness only that gives everything its value.

Did they survive

I don't see any further posts, did they survive? They are usually pretty hearty in the south, but I'm unfamiliar with Mi and your zone. :? [/i]
