Complete novice gardener - I've dug up a flowerbed that I plan to plant only with hydrangeas

I've had a couple of standard pink hydrangeas that have faired well in this spot

I'm now trying to choose between Hydrangea macrophylla Endless Summer Pink ('Bailmer') https://www.crocus.co.uk/plants/_/shrubs/hydrangea-macrophylla-endless-summer-pink=-bailmer/classid.2000011037/ and Hydrangea macrophylla 'Zambia' black steel hydrangea

I really want a plant that produces for the longest period and is most reliable.

May I ask you to spare me a moment of your time, to advise me which you would pick please?

ES is not a reliable bloomer in the very coldest regions of the US. If you live in an area whose winters are equivalent to our Zones 7 and 8, it will do fine there.

Zambia and others like it (black or red stems) do not personally interest me because the stems disappear when the plant leafs out and you can no longer see/enjoy them.

I do like ES's Blushing Bride, Forever & Ever Together, Fuji Waterfall, Little Lime and Miyama yae Murasaki (sp?). The first two are rebloomers. If your winters are mild, check the Teller hybrids of Hydrangea macrophylla.
