Frost damaged hydrangeas

I planted three small hydrangeas last summer. They were doing great, and came back nicely this spring -- we had some weeks of 70-80 degrees and they looked great. Then we got hit by a few colds night and I forgot to cover my plants....the hydrangeas took a hard hit -- their leaves are blackish brown and wilted. It is so sad! Being a new grower - I am wondering if they are going to "come back" -- I know they might not bloom, but are new leaves going to grow? Is there anything I can do to save them? Thanks!!
