Blackberry leaves - dry for tea?

I have to prune my blackberries -- they are getting way out of hand... but I seem to remember that raspberry leaves are good for tea. Are blackberry leaves also? Should I save them?

Euell Gibbons says new leaves are good for tea, so you might choose the smaller ones. He says dry and infuse; high in vitamin C. I haven't tried it, though I should given how many blackberry bushes I have.
