using spearmint

I have an endless amount of spearmint. :lol: I was wondering how to put it to use. I've been adding essential oils to this desktop fountain and it scents the house pretty well. Is there an easy way to add the spearmint scent to the water? Adding the actual leaves will clog things.

It can be brewed as a tea and you could then use the water.
Other uses....drink the tea yourself, hot or cold. It is very good for the digestion. Add it chopped to new potatoes with a nob of butter. Chopped in salads (fruit and veg.) Nice in summer punches too. :D

It's great in chicken and beef dishes as well as in all sorts of baking. Also good with fish. Just experiment around

It's really nice when combined with dill from the garden as well. I just like to eat it but, it's also nice in a salad, on a sandwich or in a stirfry with some seafood.

Don't forget mojitos :wink: All you need is white bacardi, your favorite mint, lime, sugar, and sprite.
