Rosemary - what to do with dried twigs

Hello helpful gardeners,

I've been browsing this forum a lot, but couldn't find what to do with my rosemary plant.
Being a newbie at "gardening" on my balcony (facing south-west) I managed to overwater my rosemary. Fortunately I caught it just on time, before the whole plant died. However, now I'm left with some woody sprigs that I've removed the dead leaves from and some with dried leaves.

Could someone please advise how to handle these woody sprigs with dead leaves? Cut them down completely, strip them, or let them be?

Those brown leaved twigs are dead. Just snip them off as close to the soil surface as possible. The rest of it looks healthy. It will fill out.

Do not overwater and rosemary needs to be in the sun. To make it fuller you can give it a haircut in the spring.
