Basic oregano questions!

Hi,

I've been growing oregano successfully for a few years and I'm still not quite sure of a few things. We've had a few super hot days here and my oregano has started to flower.

1. Can I still harvest the oregano? If so, what is the best way?

2. If it is still harvestable, when do I stop harvesting and drying?

I live in New York by NYC if that helps!

Yes, you can still harvest oregano. I just cut it back. I only harvest fresh herbs for immediate use so, I don't harvest to dry or cut back the plant that much.
