My lavender's color changed

Hello,

I've bought a pot of french lavender for a month. They have been growing well (I guess). But in recent few days, I notice the flowers are becoming a bit green.
I water them quite often because if I don't, they will be withering... I haven't changed the pot and it is placed on my balcony with sunshine more than 12 hours a day. (I'm in ile-de-france).

I wonder if it is normal that the flower and the whole bush have that "symptom"?

It needs to be in a larger pot. And the flowers do change from green to purple as the buds open. It looks fine but has dried out because the pot is too small. Make sure the new pot drains well. Lavender does not like to be kept too wet.
