Repotting Greek oregano seedlings

I have never grown these from seedling. They have 4 true leaves but they are less then an inch tall. How soon should I repot and can I seperate seedlings or should I thin them out. They are growing in individual cells and some have maybe 5-6 plants

What I do.....FWIW, just trial and error, and others' ways may differ.....
I go from starter into 3.5 -4" pots. I like several stems in each pot, so may have 2 starter pellets per pot. If stems real crowded, thin with tweezers. I would give your babies a little more time before potting. Especially once true leaves showing in starters, try to water 1/week with Johns recipe.

I have the oregano in 3 (or more) stages now. One just germinating. One group ready to up pot, and some filling out. The caterpillars from H found some of those, and they got Bt'd.
