Help my green onions

Hi I'm new to gardening and I thought it would be a good idea to see if I could grow some green onions in a container indoor. It's been about 2 weeks and my green onions have grown to be roughly 1 to 2 inches but they are starting to fall over. They get about 4 hrs of sunlight and the soil is moist. Can someone let me know if this is normal?

Need more light up to 6 hours. A bright window or fluorescent light. Green onions when they are very small are hard to water from the top. Either bottom water or spritz gently. When they get bigger they will stand up better.

I plant green onions thickly, they do not germinate evenly or particularly well, they are easier to divide when they get bigger if they have each other to lean on.
