Parsley

Hello. I started some flat-leaf and curly parsley about a month ago in small six-packs. The flat-leaf is about 3 inches tall and I have 3 or 4 plants per cell. Should I attempt to separate them or should I just snip all but the heartiest from each cell?

I tend to over seed, so have some culling. For parsley, may cull back to 2 stems, then when bumping up to bigger pot go to 1. Sometimes you can separate the remaining 2, if distance between as MG says.
