Agastache " Tangerine Dreams"

Just picked up a pair in 1 gallon pots locally.

Must say agastache is a big group, and confusing ( internet info !! :?).

As title suggests, its appears to be " the cultivar" of a Anise hyssop- " AGASTACHE TANGERINE DREAMS", but a cross of a. aurantica x a. coccinea, sourced @ Garden Growers up in Pasadena. They seem to be wholesale propagators, and list Giny Hunt as the location source?

How can a v of cultivar be named as a common name?

Other common name orange hummingbird mint. I assume this a group common name?:?:

They are as nicely named for a scarlet and orange color, and the foliage is minty with a tangerine linger. Quite nice !! Here's a picture I found. https://allthingsplants.com/plants/view/126784/Orange-Hummingbird-Mint-Agastache-Tangerine-Dreams/

Just trying to get some diversity in my small garden for attracting beneficials mainly to keep my "crop"- toms and chiles, and other summer veggies healthy and add some color. Adding some herbs, salvia has helped alot. A few bees have arrived, and hover flies, ladybugs, wasps. I'd like to see some lacewings. :)
