dill seedlings
So I out some dill seeds in a cell. And they have sprouted do I take each sprout and put them into there own cell or grow them all together?

Yeah, easy to do. I have that problem with my spearmint seedlings, similar dust like seeds. I'm having to transplant them as soon as they start showing true leaves because they are so crowded.
But you really can't leave them like that, they can all just die...
And yes, my broccoli (closely related to cabbage) popped up in 36 hrs from being planted..

No, I wouldn't transplant them to a big pot that soon. Let them get a little bigger first...
But yes the general idea is start them in the cells, move them to the 3" pots, and only put them in the garden when they are starting to outgrow the 3" pots, by which time they are bigger and sturdier and less vulnerable to all the vicissitudes of nature in the garden.
