Basil From Seed Help

Alright so I have 36 basil seedlings that I grew from seed at the moment. They are just showing their second set of true leaves. What I'd like to know is when I should start pinching leaves to encourage bushy and not lanky growth. Should I pinch this second set of true leaves? Or wait until they're a bit bigger? Thanks.

Wait until it is bigger..

36 basil plants is a TON of basil. I have about ten and it is more basil than I know what to do with. Basil also gets quite big, do you have room for all of those?

Yeah I'm actually growing them to sell on CL. Easy way to earn a few bucks while in college. I also make A LOT of pesto and freeze it so I'll use a ton myself.
