Mint misting

If you're growing mint indoors, does it need misting on the leaves?

I water it from the bottom every few days so that it sucks up no more water, but do I need to mist the leaves with just water?

Thanks

hello M,

misting your mint regularly is great as long as you don't run into a over-watering situation. they will love you for it!

I always thought you shouldn't get their leaves wet?

Not sure where I've read that, but thankyou for the reply :-)

if your watering the soil well I think your wasting your time with the foliar sprays. unless you enjoy doing it of course.

I agree with soil. If you're giving the mint proper care, misting would be a waste of your time, unless as was stated, you enjoy doing that. In my experience, mint is almost impossible to kill. Put it in some dirt, give it some water once in awhile, and it will grow for you. :)
