Flat-leaf (Italian) parsley

I have a flat-leaf parsley plant and it just doesn't seem to like the "full sun" position, despite what its planting tag suggests. It has also developed yellow through its leaves and a lot of leaves furl inwards, looking very dried up, despite receiving plenty of water.
I have also tried feeding it with NPK fertiliser, and no joy. any ideas??

How hot are your temperatures right now? My parsley did well from spring to near mid summer then the heat just got to it around July and it burned up. I now have 2 new parsley plants doing great with the cooler fall temperatures. I live in Zone 9 in New Orleans, La. and our summer temps. stay in the mid to upper 90's with heat indexes of 105 and up from June to September.

I've said this before, full sun doesn't necessarily equate to full heat of sun.
