New herbs!

I acquired new herb starts this weekend. I was traveling N on I-55, and stopped at my regular haunt, Diebold Orchards in the MO boot heel (just n of Sikeston, S of Cape G). They had SAVORY! Pretty starts, buy 2 get 1. You know what I got!
Then I was at my 18thc event, and had to get stuff from the Herb Lady. 2 bay plants, lavender cotton(Santolina), and penny royal.

I have the winter savory. Had one that got over shadowed by taller plants. I plan to put 2 of the new ones in pots, one in ground. I have also had santolina that again got overshadowed. It is pretty. Bay is so hard to find, and my previous starts have come from this same source. The 2 I got are in 4" pots that she had just potted up. Her advise was to leave in those for a year or so, then bump up. My large bay is doing well now, but always need a back-up! And one son wants one for his own.
