Orange Bergamot Mint?

Does anyone know where I can get some orange bergamot mint? I checked my local nursery and they didn't have any. I don't have any experience growing so if someone could tell me where to get them (and in what form), what to plant them in, and where to put them it would be fantastic! Thanks
