My oregano smells like parsley... ???

I grew oregano and parsley this year, harvested 4 bunches of oregano, 6 or 7 of parsley... I've been drying them, and today I started breaking everything down to store. My oregano does not smell like oregano. It, oddly enough, kind of smells like parsley! Anyone know what could be going on???

Were they dried together? It could have just picked up the smell of the parsley from being next to it.
