That was a couple days ago; how are they doing now? In the picture some were looking kind of leggy / stretched. Are they getting enough light? It takes more than you would think. I start a bunch of stuff from seeds in late winter getting ready for spring. I have two shop light fixtures over each tray (= 4 fluorescent tubes). They are hung so they are just a few inches above the little plants and they are on 16 hrs a day.

They look somewhat spindly to me, too. Happy seedlings are short and almost "fat" looking. Sturdy little guys!

These appear to be stretching over the rim of the container to reach light.

What was your lighting set-up again? (sorry; can't remember )

I've got a 60 watt "plant light" bulb I got from walmart. Not much of a selection here. Yeah, they're kinda leggy but I'm hoping they turn out fine. I don't think I keep the light close enough, but they're all under there. I'll know better next time.
