Parsley Harvesting

Hi,
I am growing Parsley in pot which was doing very well till early summer but now it looks like its wilting and I don't think its growing.
Should I harvest all of it. And if I do that then will it grow again.
Also how is it harvested.

It should be growing well. Parsley grows all through the summer and winter here in S.C. As a biennial parsley will go to seed the second year, and decline will follow that process. I suspect that you are either overwatering or underwatering the plant. It should continue to grow and look vigorous at least down to near freezing temperatures or lower. We pinch our parsley a few stems at a time, depending upon use. Keeping the plant pinched back will stimulate more growth and continued production.

Thanks for answering my query.
But forgive my ignorance, what is pinching.
However what I did was I cut of the stems which were going bad from few inches above the soil. Less than 1/4 of the plant.
Will that help?
