Help with school project...
I am helping my brother who is a 15 year old high school student taking horticulture with his class project. He has chose to do an herb garden, and I am not so sure as to what all I need to do. We are in Atlanta, Ga. and my first question is, is it too late to plant an herb garden outside or does it have to be done inside?
