Eating more weeds
We've discovered we like lamb's quarters, so there's another yummy weed. I just put the tender tips of stems and small leaves in a salad this evening, but you can cook bigger/older leaves as pot greens. I'm beginning to wonder if I should plant my garden next year, or just turn it and let the weeds grow!
