That sure is a fun way to plant a tree. I've never seen this particular tree before, but it looks like an excellent find. With all the development that's going on, we need to find ways to plant more trees. I'm going to plant some new trees in the fall. I'm looking at native trees that attract robins but I haven't selected one yet. I want to pick the robin's favorite tree. I think cherry is their favorite but I'm still researching.
