Cockscomb, perhaps? They are Celosia, a member of the amaranth family. I have read that they are both ornamental and edible, although I've never eaten them myself.
They come in a wide variety of colors. I'm not certain that's what you have, because I can't actually determine the size of your plant. It looks as though it's quite close to your camera lens. None of my celosia are very large. The plants in this pic are not mine, it's just a pic I found online.
