Looking for some expert help What's the name of this flower

Hi I would like to know the name of this flower if it helps I live in Costa Rica
I dunno if its a native but could be since I Found it around the street.
PS. it seems this plant always has flowers.

No, I've changed my mind. Not buttercup. The leaf isn't right for that.

I can't really see the leaf arrangement on these. Is it a potentilla or cinquefoil? It's not something I grow.

It also looks vaguely like a St Johns wort, aka Hypericum. Usually Hypericum spp. have pretty dramatic stamens though, and I don't know of any that are that clear yellow. More golden to ivory.
