Does anyone know what this plant is?

Hi all
I have had many gardens in many areas of the UK and Spain but have never come across this plant before which is growing in my current garden. Any one know what it is?

It has 4 green flowers on top and two more on the next level down with a red stem

Thanks

Looks like Euphorbia lathyrus. Common names in my area are Gopher Spurge, and Mole Plant. It is supposed to help keep moles away because of the white milky sap from this annual :D . Couldn't see that it was successful at keeping the moles at bay in my yard. Yours has a much larger flower than my wild ones had, but have seen pics of more domesticated ones that match your pic. Very pretty.

Thank you Jewell
I just looked it up and, aside from being poisonous, I am looking forward to seeing it fruit. Does look nice
