Hi, saw this the other day, looked so cute I had to buy it. Any comments, ideas, or ID welcome! Thanks.

Hontch,
Hello and welcome to the site. The notched leaves and flower buds leads me to believe that your tree is a Fukien Tea, or Carmona microphylla. More recently this plant has been reclassified as Ehretia micropylla

Phil,
Thanks for the confirmation. Just to double check did you look at the OP's picture or mine because I got mine from elsewhere. I ask because the spots you mentioned are not as pronounced on the original picture as they are on the second one.
BTW, I just purchased a small pot of what I believe to be Schefflera aboricaola. The label from Lowe's just said 'foliage'. It is a Schefflera for sure but the exact species is uncertain to me.

Hey, New to the forum, new to bonsai! Here are my three trees that I bought in the nursery today. The two cedars (I think) are from one pot, sharing a root system. I separated them and re potted one. The other is a miniature boxwood that I was quite beat up that I saved from a nursery. (it was very unruly, and had hacked limbs, and torn leaves.)
Tell me what I did wrong, what I could do better, directions you think I could go... anything!

This one I am making into a cascade style tree

UPDATE:
I trimmed up the cedar a bit, it was a little to shaggy for my taste, here are the pictures.
