Ficus Retusa over rock!

I got a new Ficus Retusa over rock at Wigerts. I really do believe it is one of my favorite pieces. I have it in the broom canopy style and will probably keep it that way. Any recommendations of what to do with it is welcome

When photographing plants and trees you should get lower 'eye-level' shots rather than from above. Straight on profiles give a much better view.

Just a suggestion from a guy who never takes pictures of anything.

Nice starter tree. Let it adapt to its new home. Maybe next year re-pot it. I would look for a round glazed pot with some warm earth-tones. The rock is a feature here and should be a focal point in the overall design.

You might have misunderstood - not the iPhone, the position. Just set the tree up on a table or high stand and shoot from 'straight on', a profile shot and not from above looking down.

No I understand that xD. I made a new thread with the focus on it with the straight on view. I was just saying the photos may be bad because my iPhones quality has been crappy photographing my trees.
