my kenyan bonsai jade root over rock

just found some old pics (last year ) of my collection in kenya not much though very happy with the jade I styled myself it came in a normal pot and I styled it root over rock too me a year then I had to leave it lol

the jade ^ it wasnt doing do well after I left

Nice job, that may be the first root-over-rock jade I've seen. Definitely nicely done.

thanx , I know I have not seen any other root over rock jade as well lol
but the best thing bout this tree was the roots they were thick and fleshy from the very beginig , I think the jade is a really easy species to create the root over rock although I say a year that was because of the pot etc but the roots had formed well over six months and the tree was ready for display but the top parts needed lost of work so yeah
thanx any way was really hard letting it go :cry:

don't know about the top growth but I do know the roots are very quick to grow
also this tree was grown in kenya , tropical weather nice hot sunshine etc so it was whre teh tree was adapted for I guess thats why it did so well
