My smallest ficus

Nice ficus.
You'll have to forgive me if I'm misinterpreting things here, but is this considered a 'broom' style bonsai?
I like the shape/design you've used for the canopy, but at the same time I'm very curious to see the underlying internal branch structure. Got any plans of defoliating it any time soon?
But seriously, if you do defoliate and/or expose more of the branching, I'd love to see it some time. I'm guessing this wouldn't be in the works until earlier next spring (if at all), but I'd still like to see it if/when it happens.

Thanks for the interest in my little ficus. The branch structure is actually quite good. The main branches are thick and get slightly thinner as you go up the trunk and there is even twiggy growth on each one. I was thinking about defoliating next year to improve the leave to tree size ratio I will definitely post pics if so. Oh yeah this is a broom though some people have the sphere shaped canopy in its own category or sub category of broom. It does have a twist to it as it sweeps to one side like a ( slightly angled with roots being nurtured to be shown more later. Ill have some more tree pics soon my one year old busted my digi cam. Thanks again

I plan on filling out the side hanging over the edge of the pot and thickening the nebari.
