Collected Yew

I bought this collected yew from Tom Brown of Shady Side Bonsai. I wired it initially just to get some basic structure going and then I carved the already natural shari. I will wire again next summer.

Tom,

That's a nice piece of stock, Tom Brown seems to really like Yews. Are you planning on a finished pot next season or are you going to refine it for another year first? If you like I will be glad to do a virtual of any pot you may have in mind.

Yes he's the Yew man. I haven't put much thought into a pot yet. I will not be potting it next spring I'll wait another season atleast. If you have any ideas for a pot go ahead and post some pics.

Tom
