Well, I went on a fact finding trip today, and thanks to some good fortune I found some great things. I've found a bonsai shop where (fingers crossed) I'm pretty sure I'll be able to go once a week to begin learning more about bonsai. Below you'll see some photos of some of the trees at this place. Some absolutely beautiful trees, IMO. Unfortunately, the pictures aren't all great, but hopefully I'll be able to get some better ones and post them over the next month or so

Thanks for taking the time to upload and post the pictures. It is certainly humbling to see quality trees and go outside and see the stuff I'm working on.

I've had what feels like millions of trees die on me during my lifetime, and whilst it doesn't hurt any less each time, the feeling you get when it grows the way it should - the proud sense of accomplishment mixed with a peaceful tranquility - THAT doesn't go away, or even fade for that matter either.
